corn-y

we are up to our ears in corn! nick got four bags of corn from a friend of his yesterday. wow. that's a heckuva alotta corn. uf-da! i mentioned that i loved corn on the cob. now i have it. but i'm not complaining. this is great... just a bit overwheming at the moment. i have a feeling i'll be canning tomorrow. well, that won't work either -- mom has the double boiler that i need. so... i guess the canning will wait. i will be freezing some of it though. :) gotta love fresh corn. woo-hoo!
